SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver products purchased from Active Spirits in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The average delivery time is 5-8 days and in North-east is 7-10 days.

If any product received by you has any issue/defect or sizing problem, then you can raise a return/exchange request and your exchange will be processed/money will be refunded(if applicable). The product will be picked up from the same location where it was delivered.

We accept return requests raised within 15 days of the order delivery.

All returned products must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

To initiate a return you can request it under your account > order

After we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and then your return would be finalized.

vii. Exchange is only valid once per order, as in that one exchange all your issues will be resolved like sizing change, etc.

viii. Exchange orders can't be returned/refunded. If still customer doesn't accept the exchange order/s, then the money would be refunded after deducting all the shipping and handling charges.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts GST or any other applicable charges
Note: Return pickups may not be available for some time, due to the pandemic, but will resume as soon as it's possible & the Return Time Period would be extended.
Return & Exchange Policy
How do I return an item?
Product(s) can be returned/Exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact our customer care along with the Order number(s).
If you think, you have received a wrong product or in a bad condition please email us mentioning your Order ID/No. along with the product images. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
We can align the reverse pickup for one time from our logistic partner. In case the reverse pickup gets cancelled, then the product will not be returned/Exchanged.
How do I cancel my order?
Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatch it to you (normally 12 hour). We have no way of cancelling it once it is dispatched from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on info@activespirits.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Your cancellation request will be processed next working day. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the Cash on Delivery charges or Shipping Charges we incur to ship the product back to warehouse. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made
Following products shall not be eligible for return:

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product and tag at the time of delivery.

Any item that has been worn or washed.

Product is perfumed or without original Tags.
We may ask you to share images of the product, tag intact and packaging to facilitate the return process during the sales.
Refund
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed and credited in the source account within 15-20 working days from the date of a courier being received in our end.
In case of Returns related to COD Orders, we will refund the money, in form of Credit Points only in your account, only after receipt of product in its original condition. These credit points can be used for purchases on our website.
Exchange Policy
Active Spirits returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Active Spirits for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
