Terms and guidelines

Measure over light clothing with the tape snug but not tight, then compare with the body measurements below. Fits vary between styles, so check the fit notes on each product page too.

• Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
• Waist: around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
• Hips: around the fullest part of your hips, with feet together.
• Inside leg: from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle bone.

We ship to addresses across India. Here is what happens after you order:

• Order confirmed: you receive a confirmation email with your order number.
• Packed and dispatched: we pack your order at our Mumbai warehouse and hand it to a courier partner. We aim to dispatch within a few business days.
• On its way: a shipping email gives the courier’s name, your tracking number and a tracking link. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout and in this email depends on your location and the courier.
• Delivered: the courier may contact you on the phone number given at checkout to arrange delivery.

Return or exchange any full-price item within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.

• Start a return: contact us with your order number and the items you want to send back. We arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
• Return shipping cost: free for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a ₹79 reverse pickup fee is deducted from your refund. Your first size exchange on an order is free.
• Refunds: once your return passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or as store credit.
• Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched.

• Orders and pricing: prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Products: colours can look slightly different on screen, and sizes vary a little between styles.
• Your account: keep your login details secure and tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
• Our content: text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Active Spirits and may not be reused without permission.
• Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai.

If you have a complaint about an order, product or this website, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
