We ship to addresses across India.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmed: you receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- Packed and dispatched: we pack your order and hand it to a courier partner. We aim to dispatch within a few business days.
- On its way: a shipping email gives the courier's name, your tracking number and a tracking link. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout depends on your location and the courier.
- Delivered: the courier may contact you on the phone number given at checkout to arrange delivery.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, with a ₹49 handling fee.
All charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Country of origin for all products: India.
Delays and failed deliveries
Sales, festivals, weather and remote locations can slow deliveries. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again before returning the parcel to us. Contact us and we will arrange a reshipment.
