Returns and exchanges
Return or exchange any full-price item within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
- Start a return: contact us with your order number and the items you want to send back. We arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
- Return shipping cost: free for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a ₹79 reverse pickup fee is deducted from your refund. Your first size exchange on an order is free.
- Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched.
Refunds
Once your return passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or as store credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and its label. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery charge.
