By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Orders and pricing: prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Products: colours can look slightly different on screen, and sizes vary a little between styles.
- Your account: keep your login details secure and tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
- Our content: text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Active Spirits and may not be reused without permission.
- Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India.
Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about an order, product or this website, write to us at sparshontheweb@gmail.com and mention "Grievance" in your message. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
